QuickBooks gives you flexibility to run different type of customized reports that fit your needs. It allows you to export and import reports, lists and other data from and to other software applications.

The online version allows you to get paid faster with their online payment system, pay bills online and email invoices to customers.

To set up QuickBooks we will come to your place to install QuickBooks on your desktop. Although is better to start the accounting records in January in QuickBooks, we can also help you start the
moment you are ready.

We will guide you on which accounting method (cash or accrual) is best for your business.

We will set up the chart of accounts according to your business needs and input the beginning balances on the Balance Sheet.

We can also train your employees on the accounting software to enhance their performance and help you input basic customer and vendor transactions in the system.
